A Workshop on Coaching from “Who You Are”

Severna Park, MD 21146 This one day, two part, intensive workshop is designed to give the professional coach the insight into their authentic coaching style so that they may effortlessly align the business of coaching with their style, approach and philosophy. This workshop
allows coaches the convenience of getting in one day what they would be getting in multiple workshops. Participants will be immediately able to apply their learning in their practice while sharing experiences with other coaches. However, this is not a coaching skills workshop, this is a coach-specific business oriented workshop designed to build a foundation for and support a thriving coaching practice. Our morning is committed to “Coaching from the Inside Out”,
looking at who you are as a coach and how this provides value to your client. Our afternoon will provide information on how to set up the business of coaching, the systems that support a thriving practice, marketing and business development and more. Participants will receive a fieldbook of forms and resources and real-time coaching. Included in the registration fee is one hour of “use it or lose it” coaching within three months with Alicia Rodriguez, MA, PCC.
This in-person learning experience is for coaches who:- are just starting a full-time practice
- are re-evalutating their current practice
- are taking their current practice to the next level
- are independent life coaches, executive coaches, business coaches
