About The FounderWelcome. My name is Alicia M. Rodriguez and I am the "Wisdom Partner" behind Sophia Associates. I work with leaders and high potential executives on honing their leadership style, improving results-oriented communication skills, increasing their emotional intelligence and creating work and lifestyle balance. Successful entrepreneurs value my keen intuition and my role as a challenging yet empathetic sounding board for their creativity, leadership, resource management and business development. My clients leverage my over twenty years of experience with corporate executives and entrepreneurs to learn strategies to meet new and ongoing challenges, move successfully with the speed of business and effectively manage time, energy and personal resources. Clients include high potential executives, successful business owners, and executive women. Because of the nature of my work, my practice is based on providing superior service, cultivating relationships and building trust as the foundation for coaching you to success. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach. In support of my keen interest in transformative leadership, I am trained as a Certified Leadership Coach through Georgetown University's prestigious certification program. Additionally, my female executive clients benefit from my academic specialization in Women's Development and extensive research and writing on diversity and gender topics. |
