Sophia Associates, Inc. will customize and deliver a two-day leadership development intensive for your team or group1that is hands on, provocative and transformative. Your participants leave having worked on their personal leadership and team resiliency through real work challenges. They develop real-time quality action plans for improvement towards desired outcomes and project goals, and with strategies to build support for follow-through 2.
Day One is devoted to defining leadership, personally and organizationally. This is not a day outside of work. This IS the work! We will use current and real challenges faced by the participants as the context for the learning. Data generated by individual and group assessment will focus the day’s exercises and work and initiate honest, deep conversations that lead to mutual understanding and respect, innovative solutions and team commitments.
Day Two is devoted to teaching participants concrete techniques that support the attainment of their goals and that build personal and group resiliency. Participants will be able to apply their learning immediately by applying it in a safe environment through role-plays and exercises that mimic their current work-life challenges. Upon return to their work environment participants are encouraged to practice techniques to coach others and to continue new ways of thinking that improve business results and increase resiliency.

The "gap" between data on their current culture and their desired culture instantly reveals key opportunities for leadership development. Furthermore, The Leadership Culture Survey measures how your leadership culture compares to that of other organizations. The Leadership Culture Survey builds readiness for change at the group level.
Additionally, each participant will receive Leadership Culture Profile™ - the breakthrough transformational 360-degree assessment used by cutting edge organizations. The Leadership Circle Profile provides in-depth feedback for individual leadership development. The profile measures behavior plus a leader’s inner operating system that runs that behavior while the survey measures the impact of that behavior on the team culture.
