Cohort Coaching
Much of leadership coaching is focused on the senior executive or current and potential leaders. With our customized approach to Cohort Coaching a group (5-10 people) of manager level employees with common developmental needs and challenges are coached in small group coaching sessions that combine skills training and leadership development. Cohort coaching is designed in collaboration with you and the group members and incorporates experiential and traditional learning.
