The Flow of Leadership™

Bold conversations with Nature programs are designed to re-establish connections to yourself, to Nature and to each other. These group programs tap the valuable learning that is accessible through the natural world. As a result, you become more effective, more confident and more cohesive as you work collaboratively toward common goals, taking turns leading and build trust in yourself and in each other.

The Flow of Leadership™

This program is designed to re-establish connections to yourself, to Nature and to each other. This program taps the valuable learning that is accessible through experience. Somatics, emotions and meaning-making combine to create profound shifts in your world-view. As a result, you become more effective, more confident and as a team, more cohesive as you work toward common goals, taking turns leading and build trust in yourself and in each other.

Being on the water removes the cognitive roadblocks to learning. Having fun and being in a natural environment removes the impediments of more formalized learning and your focus shifts to enjoying the natural environment and to a relaxed and playful approach to learning. You may not recognize the depth of your learning until the event is processed and debriefed with the coach, helping you connect your on the water experience to new more successful ways of being at work and in life.
