Feedback is the process by which we become aware of the perceptions others hold of us. For leaders at all levels, this is especially important.  All of us have “blind spots”, things we do not see about ourselves. Knowing the impact of our behavior is critical to effective leadership.  Knowing what drives our behavior is essential to making any significant change. Our coaches are certified in a number of assessments, including MBTI, SDI, DISC, Benchmarks, Insights, TKI and many others. For Leadership Development our choice is The Leadership Circle™ collection of assessments. (Available in English and Spanish)
