He is a Stress Management Expert and the author of the best selling book "Turn Stress Into Bliss". He is the founder of the largest therapeutic yoga training program in the world - Phoenix Rising - and has been working with individuals his entire career on integrating mind, body, heart and spirit to create vitality and wellbeing in his clients' lives. He is brings his knowledge and passion for health and wellbeing to this custom designed program that will reduce stress and build resiliency.
