Buddhists have a word – prajna– that means “wisdom-partner”. This moniker reflects her belief that coaches ideally serve as wisdom partners for their clients. Sophia Associates
reflects her belief in a new paradigm for leadership that includes the whole – the whole person, the whole organization, and the whole community. Ms. Rodriguez is known for her intuition as much as her
results in coaching leaders and executives who commit to developing themselves from the inside out. She actively seeks out her own learning opportunities and often collaborates with others to
challenge her own thinking and to innovate products and services for clients.
